Chicken Egg Roll Bowl

Serves 4 |
Perfect for an easy lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
2 lb ground chicken |
1/4 cup soy sauce, more to taste, optional |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 cup chopped green onion |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger |
1 bag coleslaw mix, 16 oz. |
Directions:
- Bring a large skillet to medium heat. Once hot, add the ground chicken and cook until thoroughly cooked.
- Add the soy sauce, garlic powder, green onion, and ginger to the skillet. Cook and stir together until heated through.
- Pour the coleslaw into the skillet and stir to combine. Cook until heated through.
- Transfer the chicken egg roll to four serving bowls. Spritz additional soy sauce over top, if desired.
